When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address, along with the details of your order.

Your card payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to process and deliver your order, to send you order confirmations and updates, to respond to your enquiries, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We process your information to perform our contract with you when you place an order, for our legitimate interests in running the shop and replying to enquiries, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We share your information only with the services that help us run the shop: Stripe for payments, Resend for sending order emails, and Vercel for hosting the website. They process your data on our behalf under their own terms.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then we securely delete it.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us at favaydesigns@gmail.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

The website uses only essential cookies needed for checkout and security, set by Stripe. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
